Cancellation And Non-Attendance Policy:

All missed appointments will be charged the FULL fee. All cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of $50.  

Your physiotherapist will recommended a rehabilitation plan specifically tailored to your individual needs. You will achieve the best outcome when you adhere to the recommended action plan, which is why it is imperative that you attend all scheduled appointments. We have a long waiting list of patients trying to get appointments at The Headache Studio and poorly timed cancellations prevent us from offering these appointments to those who need our care.
